My husband enjoys himself in the gym it relaxing and helps him with his exercise it makes him fell good.
Since losing the care manager.
We do not appear to have a captain to steer the boats. We are going in the general direction with the volunteers doing their best as usual but no one is in charge, it is lacking in leadership and needs guidance.
Just my opinion.
Everything about my stay was positive without your help, feel I would not be here today.
I do think the broken bed should have been changed to a workable comfortable bed sooner rather then 4 days later.
The hygiene was about standard and the staff and care supreme.
You could do with more staff out of a group of 12 staff you only had 4 staff to cover area, calls, house visits.
As my husband is not able to communicate his feeling, I would like to add mine. I am really impressed by the kindness and consideration shown to my husband.
Every effort is made to see they are occupied with the many various activities. I am also impressed with the various menu (my husband loves his food) and I would like you to convey my appreciation to the chef.
I cannot see how anything needs to improve.
Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Staff very caring and helpful with my needs.
Plenty to do with games and quizzes Tai Chi helpful to me.
More variety needed on lunch menu seem to eat the same things every week.
The people that come are kind. They work well, if my mother any issues with her body or her health they will inform me. They know the situation she is in, which makes it better to care for her. Also, the staff give good advice towards the patient's health and her situation, for example if she needs a doctor or nurse, they will inform me.
